Since 2019, Monopol Spirits Distillery has handcrafted Cytrynowka, Polish specialty liquor infused with simple and natural ingredients, according to old Polish tradition. Our blend of freshly squeezed lemon juice and pure honey create refreshing and one of a kind taste. What started out as a hobby, has become our passion and we're delighted to share it with you.

In addition to our Cytrynowka which is available in numerous stores in New Jersey , we also manufacture high quality 80% v/v hand sanitizer, according to FDA guidance, in order to fill the gap in supply shortage, and at the same time help our community and customers. So far we have donated over 50 gallons of our hand sanitizer to local hospitals and first responders, and we are planning to donate more.
